Ping Qiu is a PA licensed massage therapist, esthetician, and nail technician. Originally from China, she moved to Pittsburgh in 2003 with her husband and children. She received her training both in China and the United States. She worked for a couple of years at Massage Envy, The Body Bar, and Eva Szabo European Skin Care Spa before opening Harmony Day Spa in 2008. In addition to being the owner and operator of Harmony Day Spa, Ping is also an active mother of two boys in the North Allegheny school district.
Nathan Cook is a licensed massage therapist in the state of Pennsylvania, and is a certified member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. He studied massage therapy at Career Training Academy in Pittsburgh, PA, and graduated in 2007. During his years in the massage field, Nathan has worked at a variety of locations, including Massage Envy, Salon Vivace, Russ Medical and Sport Massage Clinic, and WellCare Medical Associates, as well as Harmony Day Spa. He approaches massage as a form of physical medicine, and is currently studying to become a physical therapist assistant at Butler County Community College. In addition to massage, Nathan holds a bachelor’s degree in music performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music, and enjoys performing and teaching the drums in the North Hills of Pittsburgh.
